ARTS AND ALES 2021 2 Application

Artists have the opportunity to sell, display, and provide interactive experiences to the community.

Friday September 10th from 3-7 and Saturday September11th from 2-7
          At Friendship Brewing Company 100 E. Pitman Ave., Wentzville, MO 63385    

We have limited spaces. This is a first come first serve show. We will notify you when you are accepted. If all spots are filled before deadline, we will notify you that you’ve been added to the waiting list. (If you prefer to share a space, the primary person responsible should complete the application: however, sample images of each participant should be included)

Exhibition space: located outdoors, room will be designated for one 8×8’ table. Tent space will be on grass area. Artists will provide their own table, chairs, set-up and someone to be with the artwork throughout the show. No power will be available.  Bring non-electric lighting system if desired (our event ends shortly after sunset). Must be set up ½ hour before event, no take downs until show is over for the day except for severe weather.

  • Price your artwork consistent with a non-juried, community show

Health concerns will be addressed through social distancing, optional use of mask, and outdoor venue. If you are ill, please decline to attend. Registration fee will be refunded in event of illness or cancellation.

PAYMENT: If you are accepted for this event, you will need to pay via Paypal (add $1 for fees) or mail check payable to: Crossroads Arts Council, PO Box 515, Wentzville, MO 63385. Please include your name and Arts & Ales in the notes.
