Paint a Porcelain Tea Bag Holder

Use special markers to decorate a porcelain tea bag holder shaped like a tiny tea pot. Take it home with baking instructions to make the colors permanent. Some additional items, such as miniature teapots, will be available while they last to paint afterwards for $5 each. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult. Saturday, Oct. 12th 9-11 am. Abstract Class with Watercolor-Mark Making-Stitching

Join us for this multimedia class using watercolor, mark making and/or stitching to create your own unique art piece. “Misty Mountains” Impressionist Style Painting Class

Learn to paint vivid bold strokes and use dappled light effects to create a beautiful Impressionist style painting. Open to beginners and advanced. Weaving Exploration Extravaganza
At Crossroads Arts Council
One Week Only!   Join artist Sally Vikman for an exploration of various weaving tools and techniques.During this week, Sally will lead you through weaving basics, exercises, and tips using simple frame looms and harness weaving looms. When you feel comfortable, you can reserve some time on a specific loom to create your own project. You can choose to make a scarf, a towel, a placemat, or a small tapestry.
Spend a little time, or a little bit more.. Survey and explore, or go home with your own project (or two.) The classroom at Crossroads Arts will be dedicated to weaving and filled with weaving supplies/tools for the week! All supplies are provided, and Sally will be available to answer questions. Each class is limited to 5 people, adults or youth aged15+. Have a loom already, and need some help getting started? Bring it in for some guidance. $30/hour.
