Come out and deck the halls with dots!! Join me for festive beverages, treats, music and a dotting activity. December 7th or 14th, 1-3pm. $20 includes all materials. Participants can dot two ornaments with various shapes to choose from. Registered children are welcome with registered adult. Preregister to reserve your spot. Playing with Paper art class uses many art materials to create beautiful books and journals. Wednesday April 10th, 1:00-3:30 create a “Paper Bag Clutch Book” with teachers Diane Ransom and Nancy Calvert. $20 includes all materials and instructions, minimum 5 students. Learn to paint vivid bold strokes and use dappled light effects to create a beautiful Impressionist style painting. Open to beginners and advanced. You are invited to explore the world of dot mandalas. This class will go over basic skills and techniques that can be used to create an endless number of designs.
We will briefly discuss the meaning and history of mandalas; as well as using the creation process as a mindfulness practice.
